EÜ RIN 01, a part of the Megaproject: A100 – 16th Construction Phase – Berlin

Project Description

The EÜ RIN 01 is a skewed integral reinforced concrete structure within a complex infrastructure environment. The abutments and piers are founded on diaphragm walls (1.40 m thickness, 26 m length), with sections of the abutment walls executed as T-shaped panels. The structure comprises two spans of 35.12 m and 39.26 m, resulting in a total span length of 74.38 m along the bridge axis. The bridge width varies between 11.15 m and 14.70 m and crosses the A100 at a skew angle of 32.11 gon (approx. 28.9°).

Scope of Services

Project Management and Schedule Controlling with a focus on milestone planning and tracking, schedule analysis, structured reporting, and proactive interface management. Stakeholder management across key project parties to ensure alignment, decision readiness and smooth coordination within a technically demanding delivery environment.
