You have won a project management or site supervision contract and want to subcontract individual service areas to a specialist? PM CTRL takes on clearly defined work packages and delivers them independently, with its own methods, tools and responsibility for results.

• Schedule control and updates of the site supervision schedule (HOAI stage 8)
• Schedule chapters and recommendations for monthly and status reports
• Project management under AHO in defined fields of action
• Project handbook and project organisation for bids and project start
• Schedule review against the DCMA 14-Point Assessment with our own review tool CTRL SCAN
