CTRL SCAN – schedule assessment

How robust is your schedule?

CTRL SCAN checks schedules against the DCMA 14-Point Assessment and shows within minutes where the plan does not hold up technically. PM CTRL then assesses whether the sequence is buildable and whether the plan can serve as a basis for forecasting.

Three levels of review

  1. Technical integrity: Is the schedule properly linked, without hard constraints, open ends or implausible float? Automated with CTRL SCAN against the DCMA 14-Point Assessment.
  2. Operational feasibility: Is the sequence buildable, is scope missing, do possessions and interfaces fit? Expert review by PM CTRL.
  3. Forecast value: Does the plan support reliable forecasting and decisions? Expert review by PM CTRL.

A green DCMA score does not yet mean a good schedule. That is why the review does not stop at level 1.
