What data is needed

  • At least two updates of the same schedule
  • MS Project as XML export or Primavera P6 as XER export
  • Consistent activity identifiers across all updates (UID or Activity ID)
  • Optional: contractual deadlines for manual entry

Limits of the analysis

  • No schedule calculation: dates, float and durations are taken as they appear in the file.
  • Review notes are rule-based and do not replace a professional review of the schedule.
  • Development status: version 0.5 (prototype).

Runs locally in the browser, no data transfer

CTRL DELAY is a single HTML file and runs in the browser without installation. Schedules are analysed on your own computer and are not uploaded. The file loads no external content.
