Residential complex consisting of a 17-story tower and two 7-story buildings with a striking ceramic/louvered facade, two basement levels and a continuous underground parking garage.

Scope of Services

Within HOAI Service Phase 6 (Preparation of Tendering), the scope of services included support in preparing the tendering of construction works. This comprised in particular the preparation and coordination of bills of quantities, quantity take-offs, and technical coordination with the involved design disciplines.

In addition, the execution design was reviewed for plausibility, constructability, and interface coordination, and optimisation measures for structural and technical solutions were identified and supported, with the objective of establishing an economically and technically robust basis for tendering.
